Welcome to the 31st episode of “A Session With JJ!” Our featured guest for this great episode is Mr. Derek Randel, who is a speaker, coach, and the author of “The Stopping School Violence Manual – The Newly Revised Guide for Parents and Educators on Bullying.” Derek took time to join JJ on episode 31 by speaking about how bullying is a nationwide problem, why your child is the victim, why bullying is harmful to one’s future, the bystanders when it comes to bullying, signs your child is being bullied, and a lot more. JJ has gone into numerous topics regarding school bullying, alas the Phoebe Prince case, so there was plenty discussed on the show. Unfortunately school bullying is more of a problem than it was even five years ago and a big reason that’s the case is the advancement in technology. Yes, that’s right – Derek goes into cyber bullying as well and how even psychologically bullying can be as intense and severe as physical bullying.
